原動(dòng)機(jī)(柴油機(jī))的推進(jìn)動(dòng)力通常是通過(guò)高彈性聯(lián)軸器、離合器、萬(wàn)向傳動(dòng)軸送到舵槳,舵槳將動(dòng)力通過(guò)上、下兩對(duì)螺旋錐齒輪付傳送到螺旋槳,從而產(chǎn)生推力(Z型推進(jìn))。
The power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the Rudder Propeller through an elastic coupling,a clutch and the universal shafts,The Rudder Propeller transmits the engine power to the propeller via upper and lower bevel gear sets (Z-drive).

  DECK 舵槳是將舵槳和柴油機(jī)組裝串聯(lián)成的完整的船用推進(jìn)機(jī)組。它包括柴油機(jī)和舵槳等。具有工作可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等優(yōu)點(diǎn),柴油機(jī)通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸節(jié)、離合器和萬(wàn)向軸把動(dòng)力傳遞給舵槳,在機(jī)座上安裝有液壓系統(tǒng)、電控箱、日用燃油箱等部件。由于DECK舵槳自成一體,在裝船前機(jī)組內(nèi)的各部件和系統(tǒng)均連接安裝、調(diào)試完畢。公共機(jī)座在船上就位固定以后,只需要連接少量管路和電纜,船舶就具有航行和操縱能力。整臺(tái)舵槳直接安裝甲板機(jī)座上,舵槳安裝于機(jī)架的尾端。
  舵槳可以借助于機(jī)械的或液壓的調(diào)節(jié)裝置在垂直方向提升和下降,通過(guò)調(diào)整螺旋槳吃水深度,使船在吃水深度變化時(shí)都能獲得最大的推力。
  當(dāng)舵槳需要維修時(shí),舵槳可以借助于機(jī)械或液壓的裝置把舵槳翹出水面。
  Deck installation is a complete propulsion package.It is a reliable and compact propulsion plant.The chassis carries the totally enclosed propulsion system.The power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the rudder propeller through an elastic coupling. a hydraulic clutch and a universal shaft.The chassis is constructed with a hydraulic system,an electric control box,daily fuel tank and so on system units.Installation is fast and simple because they are essentially self-con-tained.Only to connect the minnimum hoses and cables can make it available to obtain thrust.The desk installation unit merely has to be mounted and bolted onto afoundation of deck.Rudder propeller is mounted at the rear chassis.
  The rudder propeller can be mechanically or hydraulically raised or lowered in vertical direction by means of a depth adjustmen facil-ity.this serves to ensure maximum propeller thrust at all vessel draughts by maintaining the correct propeller thrust at all vessel draughts by maintaining the correct propeller immersion.
  For maintenance purposes,the rudder propeller can be pivoted out of the water to the rear hydraulically or mechanically by hand.
